Howdy Chums…

Another Sunday rolls in as I sleepily roll out of bed, flick the kettle on and fire up the grill for a bacon sandwich (which I make no apologies for whatsoever hehe) It feels like the weeks are whittling away quicker than I can begin to keep up with them. Soon the school summer jolly hols will be upon us and I’ve 9 weeks of my mini me to occupy. I can NEVER understand why so many activities cease over the summer – surely that’s the time us parents need all the kids clubs we can get our hands on to ensure our little ones don’t end up moping around with boredom?! Thankfully Em’s enjoys her own company at times and can easily amuse herself during the quiet days. However soon the summer planner will be coming out and a few fun days will be ear marked… the usual beach/zoo/family outings… all that good stuff. But for now I’m relishing in enjoying my Sunday morning, coffee in hand whilst I decided whether I should smother my bacon roll in tomato ketchup or brown sauce. Suggestions anyone 😉
