Considering that I live a mere stone’s throw away from a gorgeous sandy cove on the edge of the Irish Sea it comes as no surprise that I spend most of the sunny summer weekends perched under a parasol enjoying the view that’s right in my door step. After all, what could be more perfect than whittling away the hours in front glistening turquoise waves whilst sipping on a cool drink & absorbing my troubles away with the latest copy of my favourite glossy?!
