Happy Thursday my little cosmetic cravers! Is everyone enjoying the week so far? Anyone else noticed how winter has just suddenly landed on our doorsteps? Gee it has been teeth-chatteringly cold here the past few days – thermals & winter woolies are now fully operational!! However the colder weather always puts me in the mood for Christmas markets & seasonal fayres. Will you be attending any near you? What activities do you enjoy most this time of the year? (keep it clean please ladies!!! *aahh hmm*) 😀

What inspired you to start blogging?

My love of beauty mainly and the blogging community that makes you feel part of a family and that your weird obsessions and beauty junkie habits are accepted and celebrated. I guess I wanted to share this massive passion I have as well as being able to have an impact and also help others or give advice on products.

 .

Tell us about your blog name… what made you decide on it?

My last name is Bernstein and my nickname at uni was Bernie Bee and also my middle name and my birth month is May. When I put them together they just seemed to fit together so well!

Do you ever suffer from Blogger’s Block & if so how do you overcome it?

I do but my main way of overcoming it is to plan. I keep a notebook in my handbag and when I have ideas I write them down. This helps when I do suffer cause I just pick a topic off the list when I’m struggling for inspiration.

What’s your favourite post to date?

Its got to be my first every post which was my makeup storage and collection. I love this because the pictures were taken on my phone and it reminds me of where I started and I remember how excited I was when I first uploaded it.

Describe your everyday clothes style:

Girly with an edge. I love a nice girly dress but then chuck some really funky accessories that give the look an edge.

What are your current top 3 beauty items?

1) Becca Jaclyn Hill ‘Champagne Pop’

2) Naked one (Classic!)

3) Tarte, Lights, Camera, Lashes.

How do you like to relax & unwind after a stressful day?

Hot bath, cup of tea and YouTube… and chocolate! This is the perfect combination when I feel stressed.

Describe your ideal Saturday night:

Night in with takeaway and Lord of the Rings 😉

What do you do to relax?

Again with YouTube and tea but also reading really chills me out.

Everyone has their bad habits, what’s yours?

Spending! I’m so obsessed with beauty that I am a shopaholic. (I’ve bought a new Tarte kit while answering these questions!)

What’s your most cherished childhood memory?

Not one thing is standing out. I guess Christmas was always a special time and certainly the more cherished family time of the year.

What was your favourite school subject?

Drama!

What’s your dream job?

Being a make up artist!

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

An infant teacher and independent woman 😉

Travel to America

Cycling from London to Paris to raise money for a children’s hospice.

My fellow bloggers and some of my past teachers who have inspired me to teach.

Just go for it! Be yourself and that will shine through your posts!
