In only 5 words describe what readers can expect from your blog:

Honesty, Humour, Beauty, Mum to be, Lifestyle

What inspired you to start blogging?

To have a place to keep all my pictures, talk about my favourite products without chewing my friends ear’s off all the time, and since being pregnant a place to document my pregnancy journey

Tell us about your blog name… what made you decide on it?

My mum has a Shih Tzu called Princess (!!) and we shortened her name to Prinkie. My husband then started to call me Prinkie as a nickname and it just kind of stuck

Do you ever suffer from Blogger’s Block & if so how do you overcome it?

Yes! I try to take myself away from the computer, get a change of scenery and take our dog out for a walk.  I often get inspired when walking as it allows your mind to wonder with no distractions

Classic & laid back

What are your current top 3 beauty items?

Clarins gentle brightening toner,

La Roche Posay Serozinc ,

Decleor Ylang Ylang night balm

How do you like to relax & unwind after a stressful day?

I like to run a bath with a good handful of Epsom salts and a few drops of lavender oil and just soak. I also have the Mindfulness colouring book so after the bath I’ll take 30 minutes to colour in..!

Describe your ideal Saturday night:

A night in front of the telly with my husband and dog Paisley.  We rescued her from Cyprus and she is the most beautiful loving girl.  We like to watch a series we have just finished 24 so looking for a new one.

What do you do to relax?

Switch off my phone and laptop!!

Everyone has their bad habits, what’s yours?

I am extremely messy – its organised chaos to me but not to my husband!

What’s your most cherished childhood memory?

Visiting Juan Les Pins in the South of France with my family, we went every year and are still going now, I had my hen party there and can’t wait to take our baby their next summer to carry on the tradition

What was your favourite school subject?

I really enjoyed Languages, especially Spanish although my accent was never too good.

What’s your dream job?

Going around the world reviewing Spa’s!

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I see myself with two children, another rescue dog and still blogging!

What top 5 things are on your bucket list?

I would love to visit India, Hike a mountain, fly first class, start an animal sanctuary, swim with pigs in The Bahamas (yes you can do that!)

What’s your biggest achievement to date?

I suppose it would be having our baby (due 2nd Oct)

Who inspires you?

My mum and my husband

Do you have a favourite inspirational quote?

Not sure if this is particularly inspirational but its got me through a lot:

“Don’t worry about what I’m doing, worry about why you are worried about what I’m doing”

What top tips would you give to someone who is thinking of starting their own blog?

Just do it! Take the plunge! Don’t worry about what other people think, it’s a great outlet and something you can make exactly how you would like.  Its your own personal space online and a great way to document your life!
