Beautiful Star Electric Straightening Brush….

As most of you know my Achilles heel lies in finding a great bargain… specifically one that promises to banish any of my many flaws; frizzy hair included. So when my darling little sister (aka the enabler) introduced me to the Beautiful Star Electric Hair Straightening Brush that’s currently available from MAKS Blowdry Bar in Lisburn for just under £35 *gasps of disbelief* I was more than intrigued. Of course like any mortal being I simply couldn’t resist the temptation – and at the grand old age of 8, my current straighteners are indeed appliance pensioners & well beyond their hay day.

So in today’s video I thought I’d introduce y’all to my latest ‘me spree’ treat as I test out the highly acclaimed straightening brush on my own follicles. Fingers crossed the results reflect just how in demand this hair care appliance seems to be!

How often do you use your hair straighteners? Is switching to an electric brush something you’d consider? Whatever your thoughts do let me know in the comments below. Hope you enjoy the video chums…

  1. That’s such a cool brush. And it’s pink!! I’ve never heard of a brush like that. It’s super cool! I think it did a nice job straightening your hair. I like the music in the background – I was bopping my head, haha I like your little flowers in the background. Oh, can I please use a tissue you got back there? 🙂 xoxox

  2. I watched this morning while getting ready for work and feel I need this. I love straightening my hair, but hate brushing it… soooo this will do both? Hehe 🙂 I might lower the settings though. I think you should too and just see what happens. If it doesn’t work, increase them again!

    • Haaa two birds – one stone eh?! lol I totally get you though – and yes it definitely does save time!! Definitely recommend it Kaily, very handy little gadget. I think you’re right – I really should give the lower setting a go, I always have such little faith if things aren’t working at maximum lol XX

  3. WOW. Can’t believe that worked so well (to be fair, your hair looked amazing anyway!) and you hit the nail on the head – straighteners totally kill the body in your hair, so this looks a little bit amazing 🙂 Good price too, but I don’t think it’s available down here though 😦

    • I love it Evie – hair is in so much better condition with it than the straighteners! Great wee purchase and such a bargain!! Hopefully you’ll spot it soon… still a relatively unknown product so I’m sure it won’t be long before you’re tripping over them lol xxx
