Hey Beauty Buddies…

I’m back again this week with another Wednesday chatter, only this time I have a pocket friendly little goodie bag to reveal gals! Considering there’s very little I enjoy more than trawling through the shelves of Boots & Superdrug, putting my faith into buying something I’e never tried, tested or even seen (!!) seems a tad bizarre if I’m honest… particularly for a girl who arrives home every pay-day with her arms plastered in a series of multi coloured cosmetic swatches. Oh yes, Steve knows only too well when I’ve been lured into another drug store Me Spree! Anyone else with me on this much loved ritual?

  6. Great vlog, I used to sell Avon,you can return any item you are not happy with, Avon nail polish is great,the gel nail polish and the nail pro last for ages and there are a great range of colours.. I agree with a previous comment the bags are very hit and miss you dropped lucky. x Dawn

    • Oh that’s fab Dawn – I had no idea! Thankfully they’re all pretty much spot on, though the glitter isn’t something I’d use much off but still it’s nice to have 😀 Really looking forward to trying the polish too!!       • Well will just reply to both comments here then lol. I love getting the sneak peek! lol! 🙂 Watching my fellow blogger friends’ videos are some of my favorite videos to watch. I really want one of those bags now haha! I should ask Jen from The Avon Insider about them. I’m sure she might know about them if they have them here. I won a giveaway of hers back in the fall and she sent me a lot of nice Avon stuff too that I’m still making my way through it lol. I even got a nail polish like you got but I think it’s a red shade and I’ve been wanting to wear red lately so I might just do that color next! I am already missing blogging! At least I can still pop on here to read and interact with everyone. I can’t give that up! Enjoy your goodies Karen!       • Hi Karen! I’m so glad you like my chatty comments! I just love chatting with everyone and still am spending a bulk of my time reading blogs and commenting lol. I will be sure to ask Jen about it sometime soon. I know she has a lot going on right now. I need to repaint my nails tonight, I think that’s how I will spend my evening. 🙂 Oh I bought the Simple Micellar water the other day but haven’t tried it yet because I haven’t worn any makeup in a while.       • Yeah I bought it since I had a free $5 rewards to use so I didn’t have to pay much for it at all. Well I don’t think I will really be on here tomorrow since Ron and I are getting away for a bit. I probably won’t get on here at all actually now that I think of it lol.   14. I love Avon’s nail polishes! The goodie bag looks amazing, although I’m now slightly depressed I have to wait nearly 3 weeks for my pay day! 😦 Let me know if the lipsticks are as good as they look! They’re such lovely shades! 😀 Alice x

      • I don’t paint my nails often but I think that colour would encourage me to a bit more. I am a bit jealous. I used to love browsing Avon catalogues. Didn’t get things often but I did love those catalogues. Haven’t seen one though since they pulled out of Ireland.

      • I’m exactly like you Emma, love having a wee flick through the catalogues but very rarely order anything – more down to the fact that I can’t test them out… I love having a good browse in drug stores etc too much lol Oh I have no idea they were even in Southern Ireland at all… obviously we still have them here in the North. I wonder why they pulled it?! Can you order online instead? XXX
